Barker Student Council Raises Over $1,500 for the American Heart Association!

 

Barker Middle School's Student Council sponsored a fundraising event to raise money for the American Heart Association on Friday, June 4th.  The event was a Field Day in which students donated to the American Heart Association to attend and participate in the outside event with lots of activities.  Mariah Pol, 7th/8th Social Studies Teacher and Student Council Sponsor, headed up the efforts & event.  Barker Wellness teacher, Bruce Parker, aided in the activities.  Many faculty members also contributed to the fundraising efforts. Way to go, Barker!
