Note: Online registration requires you to log in to the PowerSchool parent portal. Codes for PowerSchool have been emailed to all parent/guardians. Click here for instructions on creating your PowerSchool parent account. If you did not receive an Access ID and Password to create your account, contact: PowerSchoolAdmin@mcas.k12.in.us and let us know your name, phone number, email address, and child/children's names. OR call your child's school.
We highly recommend using a computer with Chrome. You may have issues attempting to complete forms in PowerSchool from a cell phone or other device/browser.
Please log in AGAIN to your PowerSchool parent account after August 16, 2021 to view your child's schedule/teacher and bus assignment.
New Student Enrollment
(For NEW students - including Kindergarten!)
Parents: After completing the basic information requested, an MCAS staff member will review your request and email you a PowerSchool ID and password. You will be asked to create an account in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and use this information to associate your student to your login.
Enrollment vs. Registration - What is the Difference?
Enrollment is "signing up" a new student to attend our schools. Once your child is successfully enrolled with MCAS, you will be asked to "register" your child for school. This is an opportunity to review important student information and to sign required forms electronically prior to the child's start of school.
All parents/guardians must complete the New Student Enrollment process. At the beginning of each school year, returning parents will be asked to complete annual forms and update any contact or emergency information for their student(s). Returning student registration will begin on July 19, 2021, using the PowerSchool parent portal.
