E-Learning Assignment Monday 9-30-19

    This assignment is for all grade levels.

    I can...demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.

    Step One:  Warm up exercises.  Do Ten Jumping Jacks, Ten Arm Circles, Run in Place for One Minute.

    Step Two: Start watching a television show you enjoy.    

    Step Three:  Wait for the first set of commercials to come on.

    Step Four:  When the first set of commercials comes on get on the floor.

    Step Five:  Do as many sit ups as you can before the show comes back on.

    Step Six:  When the show comes back on stop doing sit ups.

    Step Seven:  Watch your show until the next set of commercials comes on.

    Step Eight:  Do as many push ups as you can before the show comes back on.

    Step Nine:  When the show comes back on stop doing push ups.

    Step Ten:  Alternate in this way until your show is over.

    Step Eleven:  Take a piece of paper, put Your Name,Teacher's Name,Grade Level, and Date on it. Answer whether or not you were successful.  Turn it in to Mr. Lasky.
