E-Learning Assignment 4-3-2020

I can...demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.
Step One: Warm up exercises. Do Ten Jumping Jacks, Ten Sit Ups, Ten Arm Circles, Ten Push Ups, Run in Place for One Minute.
Step Two: Easy Friday before spring break assignment. Look over all the activities I have posted since March 16th.
Step Three: Pick one that you really liked and do it again. If you can, with supervision, go outside to do the activity. It's supposed to be really nice outside today so enjoy the sunshine while staying active.
Step Four: On a piece of paper, write down the activity you chose and why it was one of your favorites.
Step Five: Take your paper, put Your Name,Teacher's Name,Grade Level, and Date on it. Turn it in to Mr. Lasky.
