It is very important that we have accurate information regarding vaccinations, allergies, and any medical concerns related to your child. It is also very important that we have current phone numbers, in the event we need to reach you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your student's medical needs, feel free to call 219-873-2061, ext. 7410.Cold and Flu Season Reminders:-Wash hands frequently-Cough and sneeze into your arm, not your hands-Keep hands away from face-Drink plenty of water-A temperature of 100 or above is considered a fever. Stay home. You must be without a fever, without the aid of medication for 24 hours, before you can return to school.-Try hard to get 7+ hours of sleep at night. Put the cell phone away, shut the laptop, turn off the TV. Turn out the lights and unplug, and try to get some sleep.-Try to eat some breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks, and dinner. Food is fuel. We need it every day, from a variety of sources.-Try to get some exercise. Your lungs will thank you!Be mindful of these reminders, and not only will you help yourself stay healthier, you'll help those around you, too!
