• Student Council
     
     
     
    The Student Council at Springfield Elementary School is made up of students in grades 2-6. Students apply to be part of the council, which is led by Ms. Large. Student council members meet once a month to complete various services learning projects. Students work together to plan the service focus of the group and create service activities to complete together. 
     
    After the group votes, we have participated in Socktober, Riley's Children's fundraisers, raffles, and other drives.  We have written cards to nursing homes.  
     
    We care about our school environment and have done projects to beautify our school grounds inside and out. We painted bricks for decoration outside the school, made banners, and birdhouses.  
     
    We hope to continue to help do things big and small for our school and community.
