Knapp School’s radio show, WNAP, is hosted each school morning by sixth graders based on teacher recommendations. Disc jockeys are required to begin their work at 8:15 by filling out a script that includes up to date news information submitted by classroom teachers and the weather. They also acknowledge student birthdays and organize the gift card that each student receives. Disc jockeys are required to skillfully operate the sound system and demonstrate fluent speaking. These students are responsible for recognizing all the great things happening at Knapp and reporting on current school news.
WNAP Advisor is Chuck Halberstadt
