Welcome to the AK Smith Center!!!

We are looking forward to assisting you and guiding you to follow your passion and pursue your dreams.

I have been in the culinary and hospitality field all my life. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu International and am an ambassador for Le Cordon Bleu. For the last 12 years, I have been teaching and developing culinary arts programs here in the US. I created the first culinary program in Spanish for Diploma and AA here in the US. I am classical trained and specializing in French Cuisine. I happen to work all over the world and speak Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and French.

I am looking forward to working with you and sharing all my passion and knowledge so you can become the best ever.
