Welcome to Our Class

My name is Kara Rogers. I was born and raised in Michigan City. I attended Michigan City Area Schools for PreK through 12th grade. I attended IUPUI in Indianapolis where I earned a BA in Elementary Education in December 2018. Since graduating I have also earned an endorsement in middle school math. I believe in a hands-on approach with a collaborative classroom centered around student strengths and interests. My interests outside of school include running, reading, and playing with my 4-year-old Australian Shepard. I am very excited to be teaching at Kruger Middle School and look forward to meeting each of you this year. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
