Meet Mr. Sterling:Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana I parted ways with this city to attend Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. In December of 2018 I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Instrumental and General Music. During my tenure I was involved in various ensembles within the School of Music including the Pride of Midamerica Marching Band, Symphonic Band and many small ensembles. Music is truely my passion and it is a great vehicle for personal growth in ones work ethic, time management and development of executive and thinking skills. I am also the Assistant Director of Bands at the High School where I assist with the concert bands, marching band, and pep band. My goal for every student in my classroom is to increase music literacy and cultural understanding of music through practice, performance and listenings.
