Meet the Teacher

Hello! My name is Ms. Anthony. This is my fifth year teaching and I am very excited about the year ahead.

A few things about me, I live here in Michigan City. I am originally from places all around Michigan. I have worked in the community for many years. Before starting my career with Michigan City Area Schools, I worked for fourteen years at Blue Chip casino, hotel, and spa. Some of the things I like to do is read and spend time with my family and friends when I can. I live with my wonderful dog, Colbie.

As far as my education goes, I graduated with honors from Purdue Northwest in May of 2018. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Before that, I earned an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry from Ivy Tech. I have always had a love for school and learning. Now I get to do it every day!
