I am a native to Michigan City and was part of the first generation of Wolves when MCAS consolidated high schools. I love working with youth and sharing my passion of reading and life-long-literacy and learning. I have a B.A. in English from Indiana University, Bloomington and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY.  This is my 5th year teaching at Krueger, after over a decade as a public librarian. 

I love books! I am a voracious reader and hold a special place in my heart for young adult literature.   I am looking forward to teaching and sharing my passion for reading, writing, and research with my students.
