¡Bienvenidos/as a la clase de español!

Your teacher is Mary Zolis and this is Spanish I and Spanish II.

I'm a graduate of Elston Senior High School, which is where my eyes lit up when I heard about foreign study and I did everything I could to travel and study abroad in Mexico and then Spain, where I settled down to live and raise a family. Many heartfelt thanks go out to my Spanish teacher at Elston, el Señor Hakim, who insired all his students to do their very best, while not just learning a language but living a new culture and expanding their horizons.

When we have an E-Learning day, everyone will be working for at least 30 minutes on the work I post for then on this site, as well as on google classroom. Look on my teacher site, and on the day that you don't have to come to school, you will see the date and have an assignment posted, with instructions telling you just what to do.  I will list your objective(s) for the day and tell you how you will show that you have done the assignment. I will be available if you have any questions, or need to be clued in as to how to do the work. Just email me  at mzolis@mcas.k12.in.us and ask away. I will be close by and answer you as soon as I can. You will ideally be able to do the work on the same day, but if for some reason you can't, everyone has 3 days to get the job done (if you have "Extra Time" on your IEP, that means you can take a few days more).
