Hello! My name is Mr. Ricketts and I am very excited to be your child’s 1^st grade teacher for the upcoming school year. This school year will be filled with engaging learning.  I look forward to working with you and your child throughout the school year.

          I currently live in Trail Creek. I graduated from Purdue University in 2015. My favorite hobby outside of teaching is playing basketball or watching any sport. I am a huge Detroit Pistons and Purdue Boilermakers fan. Go Boilers! There are numerous reasons why I love teaching!  I have a huge passion to learn and I hope I can have that passion be passed on to my students. I love helping students anyway I can. Seeing a child succeed in anything really means the world to me. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year please email or call me!
