  • Meet Mrs. Jamie Buchanan
     
    I am a lifelong resident of LaPorte County and have been teaching for 18 years. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Purdue North Central and from Indiana University South Bend with a minor in Special Education.  I taught special education at the elementary and high school levels for Knox Community Schools for 14 years.  I am glad to be teaching closer to home now and excited to be at Edgewood. This is my 5th year teaching at Edgewood.
     
    I am married and have one daughter. I enjoy playing volleyball, softball, and singing.  In my free time, I enjoy going to restaurants and movies.
