My name is Craig Lindgren. I am from the great state of Nebraska where I attended the University of Nebraska. (Yes, I am a Cornhusker). I earned a Bachelors's Degree from UNL (the University of Nebraska at Lincoln). I also attended Metro Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology. Upon moving to Indiana, I attended Purdue and earned a Masters's Degree. I taught Electronics and Residential Wiring in Omaha Public Schools for 11 years. I taught Electronics at Metro Community College for 3 years and I taught Digital Electronics at Purdue North Central for 1 year. I have also taught Industrial Electronics and Digital Electronics for Ivy Tech. I have been teaching Computer Systems and Electronics at A. K. Smith Career Center for the past 20 years. I have Passed the CompTIA 'A+' certification for computer techs. I am also certified with EIF (Energy Industry Fundamentals), NCCER, OSHA 10, and Project Lead the Way. The curriculum changed for the 2014-2015, we are now in the 7th year of the ENERGY ACADEMY.
