• Welcome to Physical Education

Welcome to Physical Education I & II. Students who take this course are offered a variety of physical activities to increase their overall fitness. Students explore what the real meaning of physical fitness is and how to use it in every day settings. Physical Education is more than just exercise. Physical Education is a course that is designed to challenge students physically, mentally and emotionally. We build character, we build muscles and we learn about different individual and team sports. More importantly, we learn what our bodies tell us every day and what we can do to take care of it. Welcome to our class.
