Krueger Middle School

 

A little about Mrs. Ard - I have been teaching since 1995!  Wow that seems like a long time.  I have taught a variety of subjects and grade levels including 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th.  In the middle school level I've taught Language Arts, Reading, Drama, Creative Writing, Art, and now my favorite - Social Studies!  

 

I live in Portage, Indiana with my husband and two kids, Kevin and Emily.  My free time away from Krueger usually includes doing something with the kids. However, I do enjoy reading, relaxing, crafts, and enjoying time just to myself.

 

In Social Studies this year we will be studying everything from the early colonies through the Civil War in US History.  We will be covering numerous topics in History and relating them back to modern day.
