Pay Stubs/Benefit History/W2s
RDS Employee Access: If you need W2 or pay information prior to July 1, 2021, please contact
benefits@mcas.k12.in.us. (Please allow 48 business hours for a response to your email.)
For PowerSchool: Your username is your employee ID and your temporary password is the last four digits of your SSN. Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. You may find your employee ID on a previous pay stub or W2; or email
payroll@mcas.k12.in.us for assistance. Please allow 48 business hours for a response to your email.
