Some but NOT ALL assignments will need to be completed in Google Classroom.

Steps of the Lesson:

1. Click on the links and listen to the next two chapters of Freak the Mighty!

2. Go to Google Classroom and complete the assignment titled "Freak the Mighty Ch. 21-22." Respond to each question using complete sentences. Remember to use correct capitalization, punctuation, and grammar. You will need to type your answers directly into the Google Doc.

Work to be turned in: Freak the Mighty Ch. 21-22 (30 mins)

Writing

I can...

• state my opinion in a introductory statement or section.
• support the opinion with relevant reasons.

Steps of the Lesson:

1. Go to Google Classroom and complete the assignment titled "Is Football Too Dangerous For Kids?" The assignment is listed under the writing tab.

Work to be turned in: Is Football Too Dangerous For Kids? (15 minutes)

Math

• identify points, lines, line segments, and rays.

• explain how shapes are related to one another by identify features they have in common.

• put different shapes into categories by their common features.

• show that when shapes are broken into parts with equal areas, these are fractions of the whole.

Steps of the Lesson:

1. Go to Google Classroom and complete the assignment titled "Geometry Review #1" under the math tab.

Work to be turned in: Geometry Review #1 (15 minutes)
