    Reading (40 minutes)

    • I can read and comprehend grade level poetry.

    Make sure you watch today’s instructional Reading Video

    Steps of the Lesson:

    1. Go to Clever and log in.
    2. Log in to Read Works.
    3. Go to the assignment called April Fool’s Day.
    4. Read the story and complete all of the questions.  Make sure your typed answers have correct capitalization and punctuation.  Use RACE to answer all of the written responses.
    5. Use your question in your typed answers.
    6. Click submit when you are finished.
    • Work to be turned in:
      You will be graded on your submitted assignment.  This will be a reading grade.
     

     

    Writing (30 minutes)

    • I can write a personal narrative with an identifiable theme. 

    Steps of the Lesson:

    1. For this assignment you will need to go to Google Classroom at https://classroom.google.com.
    2. Click on Classwork.
    3. Scroll down to Writing and click on the “E-Learning 3/30/20 Writing” assignment.
    4. Following the directions for the assignment, complete and turn in the writing assignment. You will be working on this assignment tomorrow as well.

    • Work to be turned in:
      Writing assignment using Google Docs.  
     

     

    Math (40 minutes)

    • I can solve grade level math problems.

    Steps of the Lesson:

    1. For this assignment you will need to go to Google Classroom at https://classroom.google.com or you can go to Clever and go to Google Classroom.
    2. Click on classwork.
    3. Go to Math and click on the “e-learning 3/30/20” assignment.
    4. Complete the problems and make sure you turn it in when you are done.
    • Work to be turned in:
      Your score from the completed assignment will be used for a math grade.
