6th Grade E-Learning March 30

    I will be having a Google Meet with any of my 6th graders that need help with work or have any questions everyday at 1:00 I will post a link to click on in my Google Classroom. See you at 1.

     

     

    Reading:

    I can... read, understand, and answer questions about a story read

     

    Steps of the Lesson:

    1. Read or listen to Chapters 19-20 in our novel The Trouble with Chickens. You can listen to me reading the chapters by clicking on this link.

    2. After listening to the chapters, answer the questions in the google doc and send it to me. I made a copy of it so that you should be able to write on it. The link is in my Google Classroom.

    Work to be turned in:  Submitted answers from the story. (30 minutes)

     

    Writing 

    I can... write  a paragraph describing the setting or our story

    Steps of the Lesson:

    1. Write a paragraph that describes your favorite character in the novel The Trouble with Chickens.

    2. Type it into a google doc and share it with me.

     

    Work to be turned in: 5 sentences shared with me on a google doc. (30 minutes)

     

    Math: 

    I can...write and solve equations that represent real-world problems.
