PHYSICAL EDUCATION.....E-LEARNING Friday March 27
Thank you! Thank you for taking time for you. Your classwork is important, but so is your Mind and Body.
As we work from home these last few days, and more to come, I ask you to do the PE Elearning assigments DAILY. I will continue to make changes, but I would like for you to move each day.
Some of us just do the activity on the scheduled day, why not do more? Do the BEST you can BUT do your BEST.
The activity is not too long, and your daily movement is important to your well-being.
I can only ask you to do more - and sometimes once we get started we like how we feel.
COME BACK FOR MORE TOMORROW - I WILL BE ADDING DAILY WORKOUT...SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM
I promise you I am doing my "at home" workouts. It is important for me too.
My older students - Please think about the sport you plan on playing in the fall. YOU must be ready. What's your plan?
As you can see I have added daily workouts. You do what you can do. Do you have to workout everyday - No. Can you just do your PE days - yes. Can you do more - of course.
Kinder/1st/2nd/3rd Friday March 27
You will complete Fitness with Joe When you are ready to begin - be sure you have good space.
Remember we continue to complete a fitness log. I want you to learn how to keep track of your fitness activities so at the end of the week you are able to see how much you did accomplish. Continue to write a few sentences after the activity and let me know how you feel. This sheet will be used all week March 23 - 27.

I still want you to complete a fitness log for the week. I want you to see at the end of the week how much fitness you did accomplish. Do your best, work hard!
At the end of the workout write me a few sentences on how you feel.
