Welcome to another day of virtual learning. I hope you and your families are well and staying healthy.
I appreciate your emails addressing your concerns and your efforts to complete the work. I know you are doing the best you can. I want you to continue completing as much work as you can and turn it in.
There are still a few students who I have not heard from. Please email me to let me know how I can help you through this shutdown time.
MATH
Today I want you to do Lesson 62, A-L and numbers 1-12. Be sure to read and study the section at the top of page 319. If you need some refreshers with rounding you might refer to our friend Google.
On letters K and L you need to round those numbers before calculating them. If you don't remember the meaning of the terms sum and perimeter google it.
As you know there are some problems which cannot be completed without the textbook. Of course you are not responsble for completing these. If you have question about these don't hesitate to email me.
READING/ENGLISH
Continue reading labels on Activity 4. Read the first aid instructions for LYE which is on page 10 and answer the four questions.
Please answer these with full sntences. For an example of how to begin your answer for number 1; If you get the product in you eyes you should ........
SCIENCE
Read pages 48-50 and do Lesson 6. This will complete this chapter as we did the other parts of this chapter the week before while we were still in the classroom.
Besure to write Lesson 6 Review at the top of the page.
WORLD GEOGRAPHY
In continueing our study of South Asia, read section 2, pages 404-406. Complete section 2 review and turn it in.
Besure to write Section 2 Review at the top of the page.
As always I will be available through out the day to answer and help you with any problems that you have in completing your work. Don't hesitate to email me, as many of you have been doing this week. I look forward to hearing from you.
In the mean time be sure to get some exercise and get outside for some fresh air.
