    Notice the assignements are due on March 3rd, if you cannot complete the assignments at home you will have some time to complete them when you return to school.

    LANGUAGE ARTS, IST AND 7TH HOURS

    I can... write a complete paragraph containing a topic sentence, supporting sentences, and conclusion sentences.  

    Write a paragraph about how you would have liked to see the story of "Bless the Beast and the Children" end. Be sure to include a strong topic sentence and conclusion. This should be a from 4 to 6 sentence paragraph. Before submitting please re-read to make sure you have complete sentences with proper puncuation.

    MATH, 2nd and 8th HOURS

    I can... change a fraction to a decimal and a percent.

    Use google to find out how to change a fraction to a decimal and then a decimal to a percent.

    Change 1/4, 1/3, and 6/10 to a demimal.

    Change 0.40, 0.4, and 0.75 to a fraction.

    Convert all six of these to a percentage.

    GEOGRAPHY, 3RD HOUR

    I can... answer vocabulary terms physical land features.

    From our study of North Africa and the Middle East in World Geography define the following vocabualry terms; Fertile Cresent, Levant, Meghreb, Aquifer, Oasis, Siroccco. Since you do not have the text book with you, use google to find the terms.

    PHYSICAL SCIENCE, 5TH HOUR

    I can... demonstrate how to use proper methods and vocabulary terms in Physical Science.

    From our study of how technology is used to study and understand science give a description of the following terms; meteorologist, submersible, oceanographer, and astronomer .
