     This program is a combination of classroom and laboratory activities that provide the fundamentals necessary to obtain employment in the facilities maintenance field. Students also explore housekeeping and entry-level positions in the hospitality industry. The goal is to prepare students, through practical experiences in real-world environments, so that they may work independently.
