    Assignments for April 13-15

    Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is well. Look below for what to do. Keep up the good work! I have started updating grades from spring break but it is taking a while and should be completed soon. Email me if you have questions or concerns.

IED: Reverse Engineering: Find an object in your house and model it in CAD on Onshape(keep in mind your abilities, don’t bite off more than you can chew on this). Get it as dimensionally accurate as possible (use a ruler if you have one, if not guesstimate it). Create a multiview drawing (front, top, right side views with an isometric view) of your object with the dimensions you gave it. If choosing a simple object, say a pencil, every feature must be modelled (eraser, metal eraser holder, pencil lead, writing on side). If the object you choose is more complex, say a keyboard, it must be modelled to look complete but not functional (have all the keys but not what makes the keys function). Upload the finished cad with this form.

    IED Form: https://forms.gle/uCtTPcis4tCCTor68

AP CSP: Open up the template for the explore task. Enter your answers and upload the document to me in pdf for a completion grade to ensure to me that you have that task done.

    AP CSP Form: https://forms.gle/qWuU5H1q6dwgHZMF9

POE: Force Vectors: Once you have watched the video, come up with two examples that are different from the ones shown and work out those problems. For instance you can do the boat example two times but change the angles and forces so the boat isn’t being pulled directly onshore (do not do angles and forces that are the same or symmetrical). Upload those to me via this form.

    POE Form: https://forms.gle/WsNDV2KufWi8AC1v8

CIM: Relative G-code. Give the new plots of points for Incremental G-Code and the G-code for it but only do the first initial (nothing is stopping you from doing both if you want) Upload the points and G-code via this form.

    CIM Form: https://forms.gle/wDDN9AV6eo4fKGyu6
