    GOOD MORNING.....E-LEARNING Physical Education

The following Elearning assignments will be for the week....beginning March 16-March 20.  Each class meets twice a week - BUT let's do these activities everyday while you are at home.  Let's get the body moving!  You may do these exercises multiple times a time, and if you do let me know.

    Day of the week

    activity

    something you need to know

    monday

    Jog in place 10X

    Jumping jacks 3x

A jog it is a good way to warm up. If you can’t do jumping jacks with your arms jump apart together with just your feet.

    tuesday

    Jog in place 10x

    Plank jack 4x

    Plank shoulder touch 4x

    Repeat pattern 3x

Repeat pattern means to do the exercises again. All of them! The X means how many to do.

    wednesday

    Jog in place 10X

    Plank 5x/ plank jack 2x

    Repeat pattern 5x

When you do each exercise I want you to do your best.  If there is a mirror take a peek, or ask someone at home to watch.

    thursday

    Jog in place 10X

    Burpee 5x

    Repeat pattern 5x

Jogging in place should raise your heart rate – put your hand on your chest – is it working?

    friday

Jog in place 5x/jumping jacks 3x

    Plank 4x/plank shoulder touch 4x

    Burpees 4x

    Repeat 2x

Did you have a good week?  Were you able to do the exercises to the best of your ability? You will improve and you will become stronger. Keep working hard!
