    Elementary Internet Safety

    Pledge/Rules

While the internet can be a great resource and tool, it can sometimes be the “Wild West of Technology” if not utilized with caution. Cyberspace exploration can lead students into areas that are unsafe and are not as innocent as they may seem. Internet personalities are sometimes NOT who they claim to be.  This page is intended as an introduction to internet safety for MCAS students, parents, and educators.

We have provided tips for parents and educators to guide students to safely navigate the internet. Our goal is to promote awareness of the dangers that exist on the web. Take your time, enjoy these resources, and be safe on the internet!
