E-Learning Assignment May 11th, 12th,13th

  • 125  This assignment is for Monday May 11th, Tuesday May 12th, and Wednesday May 13th.

    For this assignment, K-3 does steps one, two, three, four and six.  Grades 4-6 do all steps. 

    I can...demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.

    Step One: Warm up by doing 10 sit-ups, ten push-ups, jog in place for one minute, and plank for 30 seconds.

    Step Two:  Get a jump rope and jump while listening to your favorite song.  

    Step Three: Count how many times you jump without missing.  Each time you miss start your count over again.

    Step Four: When the song stops, remember your highest total of how many times you jumped.  

    Step Five: Fourth thru Sixth graders, you have to also count how many times you missed and play the song again and see if you can improve in either area. 

    Step Six:  On your piece of paper, put Your Name,Teacher's Name, Grade Level, and Date on it. K-3 students write down your highest times you jumped without missing.  4-6 graders write down your highest amount of jumps and the least amount of misses .  Turn it in to Mr. Lasky.
