Safe Harbor provides an educational environment that is inclusive, engaging, holistic, and culturally responsive.

College and Career Readiness,Safe Harbor is proud to be a 21st Century Community Learning Center and to partner with Michigan City Area Schools, Lubeznik Center for the Arts, LaPorte County YMCA, Dunebrook Nurturing Parents, Purdue University Northwest, the Michigan City Public Library, Museum of Science and Industry, and Challenger Learning Center.Safe Harbor is proud to receive funding from Michigan City Community Enrichment Corporation, and United Way of LaPorte County.No student will be denied Safe Harbor after school services based on lack of payment. We appreciate your monthly contribution to the sustainability of Safe Harbor. Fee collection is directly linked to the Safe Harbor overall budget. Therefore, fee collection is essential to the program’s sustainability.Registration Forms are completed online.
