If you are in need of any clothing items, shoes, or personal hygiene products, please fill out the Google Form and Mrs. Abby, Mrs. Smith, or Ms. Lee will fill the orders once a week. Personal hygiene requests will be filled with items being placed into a bag in the student's locker once a week. Students with clothing or shoe requests will be taken down to the Care Closet to find the items that they need. If in immediate need, please fill this form out and then send a message to Mrs. Collyard (School Social Worker), Mrs. Smith (School Counselor), or Ms. Lee (STEM Teacher) to let us know that you have filled it out.

If an item is not available, a message will be sent to the student who makes the request. Requests will be filled when the item becomes available.

Types of items available are: hygiene products (shampoo, hair care, combs/brushes, toothbrush, tooth paste, deodorant etc.), clothing (shirts, pants, underwear), shoes, outerwear (coats, hats, gloves).

If you are in need of something not listed on the form, please list in "other" and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
