    Welcome to Ms. McFerson's School Counseling site! This is my third year at Springfield Elementary. I am excited to be a part of the SHARK family. This year I will continue to work with students by providing classroom guidance lessons, social emotional support, small group and individual counseling. I will also do my best to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address  the needs of students and families.
