  • Meet the Teacher

    My name is Miss Jasmine Sleaford and this is my second year teaching at Lake Hills Elementary. I am originally from Portage, IN and graduated from Portage High School in 2012 with Academic Honors. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2018 from Purdue University Northwest. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, painting, and cooking. As a student, I was always involved in music and choir. Music has always played a very large role in my life and you will usually find me listening to something as I'm working. I am super excited to be teaching your students! It's going to be a great year!
