Thirteen organizations in Michigan City are again working together to present a Citywide Back-to-School Rally at Elston Middle School's Gill Field on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 3-7pm. The event will feature a free school supply distribution, prizes, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, games and activities, free food, exhibit booths, and MORE!
