Michigan City Area Schools Superintendent Dr. Barbara Eason-Watkins delivered a "State of Our Schools" address on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 for parents, community members, business and civic leaders, and school district staff. The theme of the address was “MCAS – Going for the Gold." During the presentation, Dr. Eason-Watkins shared MCAS achievement data, celebrated gains, discussed challenges facing the district, and outlined areas of focus for the year ahead.
